8:00 am
½ cup skim mild with 1 packet protein supplement
½ cup All Bran with 1 Tbsp flax seed
¾ cup fresh or frozen (thawed) blueberries

BETWEEN MEAL LIQUIDS

MID-MORNING

1 protein bar with 8 grams of protein

12:00 noon –
3 ounces tuna fish with 1 Tbls non-fat mayonnaise
6 whole grain crackers

BETWEEN MEAL LIQUIDS

MID-AFTERNOON
2 Tbls of soy nut or peanut butter
6 whole grain crackers

5:00 pm
2 ounces of tender chicken breast
½ cup cooked broccoli
½ cup cooked carrots

BETWEEN MEAL LIQUIDS

EVENING
2 slices of non-fat cheese melted on
½ toasted dry English muffin
